About Bera Safari

Local ground. Clear expectations.

Bera Safari operates private wildlife drives in the Jawai Dam region with experienced local drivers and practical knowledge of this open landscape. The work begins with understanding where a guest is staying, which safari window they have chosen and what current access allows.

A Jawai safari is not a scripted attraction. Leopards move through granite caves and open hills, while birds and crocodiles may be observed around the reservoir. Patience, distance and honest expectations matter more than promises.

Morning and evening are separate private-jeep safaris. Each is about three hours, accommodates up to six guests and is priced separately at ₹4,000 per private jeep.

How we work

A quieter way into Jawai.

Three principles guide the public promise: local judgment, responsible observation and practical clarity before the jeep sets out.

Read the landscape

Local ground shapes the route.

Granite hills, reservoir edges, village land and permitted access make every drive different. The route follows current conditions and wildlife movement—not a fixed performance.

Respect the encounter

The animal sets the distance.

Wildlife is observed patiently from the vehicle. Sightings are never guaranteed, and a responsible drive does not pressure an animal for a closer view.

Prepare with clarity

Practical details come first.

Your date, chosen safari window, exact accommodation and guest count help the team confirm availability, pickup and current operating details before travel.

People and place

The landscape is more than a backdrop.

Jawai's hills, water, villages and wildlife exist together. Local knowledge helps a driver read that whole setting, adapt to permitted access and choose when waiting is better than moving.
